Every each of Pherahs leather goods and the silk items are the result of well-designed works of our master’s art and like any other valuable items, they should be treated with good care.
All materials are sourced for their exceptional quality and are tested extensively prior to sale. Please always store your product in the dust bag provided or it's box when not in use.

Once you receive your order, you have (14) days to request a return authorization and return the unwanted item(s). You can track the status of your return in the Order Tracking section.

We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you. The products must be in the same condition and original packaging. We would like to kindly inform you that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, based on custom duties, the return cost may vary from Turkey to abroad.
